Adventures in Fringe

I finished this scarf for my SIL Christmas present. It is the first time I attempted fringe. Most of the sites I found to figure out the best way to add the fringe told me to use a crochet hook. I don't own one of those and was way too impatient to wait to borrow one or to go buy one. Instead I just used a needle and knotted the fringe on.
